Loca Group Protests Trustee Elections – Dartmouth Review

Whether were were “pulling levers” or pulling legs it makes no difference.

The Coalition of NH Taxpayers and NH Libertarian-favored candidates in the recent Dartmouth College Trustee election won big time.

Petition candidates Peter Robinson ’79 and Todd Zywicki ’88 won this year’s trustee election, Dartmouth College announced early Thursday evening, defeating four Alumni Council nominees.

How sweet it is! We get to “vote” in an election in NH because we are truly citizens as opposed to the non-resident college students who under the wandering eye of our resident election guru Assistant Attorney General of some sort, Bud Fitch.

So we used restaurant guest slips to vote – who cares? It’s New Hampshire, you can use an electric bill or an Alabama drivers license for ID. Bud doesn’t mind.

We gave up wondering what definition Budster was going to use this year for political signs, domicile, same day registration forms, or the rights of challengers. Heck we don’t even wonder where he gets 48-inch waistline 28-inch inseam pants any longer since “Our Guys” are finally Trustees!

Now that some decent folk have sieged the walls at The Big Green we will not have to file an appeal on the backs of placemats like we had planned.
